		<description>Actually, I think your critique of my post really points to where I was starting to go at the end. The fact is, Smith Mundt doesn&#039;t protect us from propaganda in the way that most political-economy scholars like to talk about these days. I welcome any sort of government attention to media literacy and the intersection of government, media and special interest. I just don&#039;t think we should confuse Smith-Mundt with that issue.</description>
